As a contract manufacturer for steel construction and special machinery, we process a broad range of steels and metals – from classic structural steel through high-strength fine-grain steel and wear-resistant steel to stainless steel, duplex and pressure vessel steel. Which material is used depends on your drawing, the load and the intended purpose.
A material stock of several hundred tonnes in common grades makes us fast and flexible: plates, sections and tubes are in stock, so we can react at short notice and cut directly from stock – without lengthy material procurement and without minimum quantities.
We prefer European quality steels with traceable origin. For special materials this is not always possible – here the origin depends on availability and your specification. For all materials used we provide material certificates to EN 10204 on request.

Wear-resistant steels Hardox 400/500, XAR, Dillidur, Creusabro and Brinar – for bulk-material, conveying and abrasion applications.
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4404, 1.4541 and 1.4571 (V2A/V4A) – for plant engineering, chemical and apparatus applications.
Duplex stainless steel 1.4462 and additional special materials on request – high strength combined with high corrosion resistance.

We document material quality and origin per project. For the materials used we provide inspection certificates 3.1 to EN 10204 – with material, heat or melt, plus sample and plate number.
When a large plate is cut into individual parts, only the remaining plate carries the original material marking. Authorised by GSI SLV München, we transfer this marking to each individual cut part in accordance with the standard, so that every part remains clearly assigned to its certificate.
This allows material properties, internal irregularities and laminations in the material to be verified and documented – the basis for components subject to inspection.
We agree the scope of testing and documentation per project according to drawing, standard and customer specification – from a simple material certificate to a certified re-stamping declaration.

Yes. For the materials used, inspection certificates 3.1 to EN 10204 with material, heat and sample are provided per project. When plates are cut up, the marking is transferred to every individual part by re-stamping.
The lamination test is an ultrasonic test (UT) that detects internal material separations (laminations) in the plate. It is available at our plant per project through certified inspection personnel of our cooperation partner.
Yes. Tensile tests, notched-bar impact bending tests and further material tests are possible when required via a testing laboratory – depending on the requirement and inspection specification.
Predominantly from Europe – European quality steels with traceable origin are preferred. For special materials this is not always possible; the origin then depends on availability and customer specification.
Yes. Plates, sections and tubes are held in stock in common grades and cut directly by oxy-fuel, plasma or saw – a fast response without lengthy material procurement.
Yes. Supplied material is processed just like material we procure ourselves – with the complete machinery in-house. For material provision, the associated material certificates must be enclosed.
