What awaits you with us

What you work with every day — the equipment, tasks and technology of this position.

Roll bending up to Ø 8,000 mm

You roll heavy plates up to 120 mm thick into cylinders, cones and shells — on one of four heavy 3-roll bending machines (Sertom up to Ø 8,000 mm, plus Davi, SMT-Pullmax and Wilhelmsburger).

Press braking up to 1,000 t pressing force

On two hydraulic press brakes — up to 1,000 t (Weinbrenner) over a 6,100 mm working width — you cold-bend large plates without a heat-affected zone and with homogeneous base material.

Springback under control

You master the forming behaviour of Hardox and fine-grain structural steel, correct the springback and hit tight radii and tolerances — forming remains a matter of experience here.
