## Cutting & blanking

From raw steel to the exact contour: underwater plasma for clean edges, large-format oxy-fuel flame cutting up to 200 mm and fully automatic sawing from our own material store.
20,000 × 3,500 mm · up to 200 mm · bevels ±45°

### CNC plasma cutting system

Underwater plasma cutting for clean contours with minimal distortion — including bevel cuts ±45° for weld-ready edges.
20,000 × 3,500 mm · up to 60 mm · plasma source HPR 400

### Large-format oxy-fuel flame cutting

Flame-cut blanks on a 20-metre format — where laser and plasma long since give up. Thickest steel, exact contour, automatic bevel cutting.

### Sawing centre

Fully automatic sawing of tubes, profiles and girders straight from our own material store — fast, dimensionally accurate, economical.
Band saw + 3 circular saws · Ø up to 406 mm · miter up to 90°

### Oxy-fuel tube cutting

Thick-walled tubes and hollow girders from solid steel — two torches at once for mitre and saddle cuts, where no tube laser can reach.
up to 50 mm wall thickness · 2 torches simultaneously

### 3D plasma tube cutting

CNC-controlled 3-axis plasma system for tubes and hollow profiles — 3D cut-outs, notches and mitre cuts in one operation, without intermediate steps. Where tube lasers reach their limits.
up to 30 mm wall thickness · 3-axis CNC

## Forming

Flat plate becomes shape: die bending on the 1,000-t press brake and heavy plate rolling for cylinders, cones and special shapes.
1,000 t press force · up to Ø 8,000 mm · up to 120 mm plate thickness

### Hydraulic press brake

Die bending of large plates with high repeat accuracy — dimensionally accurate and reproducible for single part and series alike.
1,000 t press force · 6,100 mm length

### Plate rolling & round bending

Heavy round bending for cylinders, cones and special shapes — down to thick-walled tubes with small diameter in the three-point bending process.
up to Ø 8,000 mm · up to 120 mm plate thickness · three-point bending

## Welding technology to EXC3

Joined to DIN EN 1090-2 EXC3: MAG and automated submerged-arc welding certified, TIG by qualified welders — supported by a 2 × 25-t crane system for parts up to 50 t.
EXC3 · EN ISO 3834-2 · up to 50 t

### Welding technology & assemblies

Certified welding in all common processes — from the assembly to the complete heavy-duty structure up to 50 t.
DIN EN 1090-2 EXC3 · EN ISO 3834-2

### Submerged-arc welding column

Automated submerged-arc welding for deep, high-strength seams on heavy parts — long seam runs in one pass, reproducible.
3 submerged-arc columns · up to 7 m reach · 1,250 A

### Hall crane 2 × 25 t

Two coupled 25-tonne cranes lift, turn and position parts that others have to make do without — safely through the entire production.
2 × 25 t · up to 50 t part weight

## Large-part machining — the XXL class

Here lies the heart of the machine park: two Zayer gantry machining centres up to 26 m travel, one Soraluce travelling-column milling machine with 20 m travel, three CNC horizontal boring mills TOS-Varnsdorf WHN 13 with rotary table and a vertical turning lathe up to Ø 4,800 mm — for heavy parts up to 50 t, dimensionally accurate and reproducible. The machine park is complemented by a stock of tools and special tools grown over decades — long boring and boring-out bars, angle milling heads, special milling cutters and thread-cutting tools —, which makes almost any geometry machinable.
Gantry milling 26 m · 3 × boring mill · Ø 4,800 mm · up to 50 t

### Large parts up to 26 metres — two gantry milling machines

Two Zayer Thera W gantry milling machines with 30° swivel milling head and portal supported on both sides — up to 26 m travel for the largest and longest parts, milled dimensionally accurate in one setup.
2 machines · Travel X up to 26,000 × Y 5,000 × Z 3,250 mm · up to 50 t

### Travelling-column milling & boring centre

Travelling-column machine with swivelling milling head, rotary table and 20 m travel — the upward-open working area knows no gantry height limit and takes on bulky heavy parts freely by crane: milling, drilling and boring in one setup.
Travel 20,000 × 4,000 × 1,600 mm · up to 50 t

### Three CNC horizontal boring mills with rotary table

Three identical TOS-Varnsdorf WHN 13 CNC with Ø 130 mm boring spindle and rotary table — drilling, boring, milling and thread cutting in one setup. Parallel capacity for precise bores and positional references on heavy parts.
Ø 130 mm spindle · Travel X 3,500 × Y 2,500 × Z 1,200 mm

### Turning & Vertical Turning

Vertical turning of large flanges, drums and slewing rings — rotationally symmetric heavy parts up to almost five metres in diameter.
Ø 4,800 mm · 2,400 mm height · up to 25 t

### Radial drilling & thread cutting

Three radial drilling machines up to 3 m reach and one tapping automat — hole patterns, bores and threads up to M60 on large parts, freely positioned via the swivel arm.
Drilling up to Ø 90 mm · threads M2–M60 · reach up to 3,000 mm
Whatever is clamped here leaves the hall fully machined.

## Surface & corrosion protection

We give the final touch in-house: blasting up to Sa 2,5 and industrial coating to EN ISO 12944 in the 25-metre large-volume booth — best priming and corrosion-protection conditions for heavy parts up to 50 t.
Sa 2,5 · EN ISO 12944 · booth 25 × 7 × 6 m

### Shot blasting booth 25 m

Blasting up to Sa 2,5 in the 25-metre large-volume booth — optimal priming base before every coating, also for heavy parts up to 50 t.
25 × 7 × 6 m · up to 50 t

### Industrial paint booth 25 m

Industrial coating to EN ISO 12944 for the largest steel parts — blasting and painting from one hand, one contact person.

## Post-treatment & stress relieving

After welding we stabilise the parts: vibration stress relief reduces residual stresses without a furnace, flame straightening corrects thermal distortion — both in-house, before final machining.
VSR · flame straightening · without stress-relief annealing

### Vibration stress relief

Reducing residual stresses without a furnace — fast, economical, dimensionally stable. The alternative to stress-relief annealing for welded structures.
Residual-stress reduction · dimensionally stable
